Care 4 Kids Academy owner has been an educator and an administrative professional for 14+ years. Five of those years with Crosby ISD. Accomplished Educational Leader with a keen understanding of the curriculum, instructional practices, and student culture that provides optimal professional development. A proven record of success in systematically approaching content consistency throughout grades, while ensuring and maintaining each school’s unique culture. Expert in creating innovative and engaging programs, which meet students’ needs and school performance metrics. In- depth knowledge in cultural intelligence and sensitivity, utilizing knowledge and experience to work with students, staff, and families from varying backgrounds. Passion for meeting the needs of all students, and education’s vital role in the development of students.
